We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after receiving your order. This policy is specifically designed for situations where you experience an adverse reaction to the product, not for cases where you've seen little or no results.

To qualify:

The product must be used no more than 25% of the time. Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. 

We want you to shop with confidence and always strive to offer a suitable solution. 

30-Day Reflection Period: 

You have a 30-day reflection period, starting from the date of receipt. The product must be returned unopened and in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible.

To return your product, please follow the steps below:

  • Download the return form here and fill it out completely.
  • Send an email to: info@ceralisse.com stating that you wish to return your order or part of your order.
  • Wait for a response from our customer service to see if we can accept the return. We will also provide you with the return address.
  • In the event that we can accept your return: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
  • Please send our customer service the Track & Trace code.
  • When your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount of the returned products.
Return Form: Please include the completed return form and invoice with your shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process your return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original packaging and condition, with all tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own. Once the product is received, it will be inspected, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service. 

Return costs: Return costs are non-refundable. The product must be returned to our supplier. If you are returning an item (or items) to us, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair products, creams, etc. are not covered by Cerlisse's return policy due to hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED BY US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
