Order & Delivery

Shipping costs: Shopping at Ceralisse always includes free shipping! We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge! 

Shipping: At Ceralisse, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible. 

Processing time: The processing time for your order is 1 to 3 days. After placing your order, you will receive a Track & Trace number so you can track your package. For further questions, you can reach us 7 days a week at: info@ceralisse.com

Delivery time: Because the products are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer, storage costs are minimized and the product is offered at a lower price. The price is lower, and the delivery time is a bit longer. After the order is processed, the average delivery time is 5-15 business days.

Cancellation: Once your order has been processed, cancellation is not possible. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and collecting the package from a collection point. Entered the wrong address? Please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can change it for you.

Disclaimer: Due to shipments handled by third-party companies to Ceralisse, we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the loss of the package if an incorrect address was provided. If you do not contact our customer service about this, there will be no refund and you will be charged for the next shipment of the package. 

Damaged/Defective Products Upon Arrival: We're so sorry! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, after this the return period expires.

For the fastest solution, please email us a photo/video showing the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface that clearly shows the product and the defect. We will use this information to help you with your order.

For defects, we always ship a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds.
