1. Money-Back Guarantee & Reflection Period
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and reflection period after receiving your order. This policy is specifically designed for situations where you experience an adverse reaction to the product, not for cases where you've seen little or no results. The product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note: Returns sent to an address other than the one provided by us will not be accepted.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Send an email to info@ceralisse.com stating that you wish to return your order or part of your order. 2. Wait for a response from our customer service to see if we can accept the return and receive the correct return address. 3. Send the package to our supplier using a trackable shipping service and send us the Track & Trace code. Return costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once your package has arrived, been inspected, and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted on your bank account.
4. Hygiene Exceptions
Products such as creams, serums, and other cosmetic or beauty items, as well as gift cards, are not covered by Ceralisse's return policy due to hygiene and store policy reasons. These items cannot be returned and will not be processed.
